Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Directions
Place tomatoes, peppers, walnuts, shallot, vinegar, salt, pepper, oil, and 2 tablespoons of water in a high-speed blender or food processor.
Puree until all ingredients are incorporated together. Serve.
